How much is shipping?
U.S. orders are shipped via 3-4 business day UPS. Standard shipping is based on the price of the total order and rates are as follows:
- $1-99: $8
- $100-299: $13
- $300 - 499: $18
- $500 and over: free (via UPS ground)

Need faster shipping?
- Please add approximately $5-10 more (depending on weight and location) for 2nd Day UPS Shipping.
- Overnight UPS starts at $30.
- Priority Mail via the US Postal Service is also available by request with rates the same as standard 3-4 day UPS.

What ways can I order: Credit cards? Personal Checks?
We are able to accept the following orders and payment types:
- Online with credit card or debit card. Simply click on the "Buy Now" button next to each product description on our site. You will be transferred to our secure, shopping cart.

- Mail with personal check, money order or credit card. Print and complete our Fax & Mail Order Form. Mail the form, along with your payment, to the address at the top of the form.
- Fax with personal check or credit card. Print and complete our Fax & Mail Order Form. Fax the form, along with a copy of your completed personal check (if applicable), to the fax number at the top of the form. Then tear up the original check and make a note of the amount and the check number in your check book. Amazon Herb Company will withdraw the specified amount directly from your bank account.

Do the Products come with a Guarantee?
Amazon Herb Company takes pride in its products and guarantees complete customer satisfaction. Opened or unopened bottles may be returned within 12 months for refund. Policy applies only to the customer's most recent paid order.
Exchanges may be made up to one year from the date of purchase for unopened and resaleable products. Shipping fees for exchanges are the same as regular orders. Health Packs must be returned in full; including free products for a full refund to be made. Returned orders that were $500 when processed, with free shipping, will incur a $30 restocking fee at the time of the return.
In the event of shipping discrepancies, missing or incorrect items, and damaged merchandise, please contact within 30 days from the date of purchase. Reshipping fees are at the customer's expense.

Is it possible to purchase the products for a lower price?
No one pays a lower price than the Preferred Member prices displayed on our site. The Amazon Herb Company does offer quantity discounts and Monthly Auto Ship rebates that can reduce the cost by 10-30%, however. View our Specials page for more details.
In addition, you can earn a rewarding income by referring others to these products as an Amazon Herb Company distributor.

How can I become a distributor of these products?
There is no charge to become a distributor (you are automatically assigned an Amazon Herb Company distributor ID with your first order of $50 or more!)
This means that when you tell others about these products, you can immediately begin earning commissions of 8 to 45% on their orders and the people whom they share the products with.

Do you accept orders from outside of the United States?
Yes, we welcome International Orders.
Pricing: All prices displayed on this site are in U.S. dollars and products are charged for in U.S dollars. Any customs duties and taxes that apply in your country will be added to the prices stated on this website.

Canada (shipping price is based on value of items purchased):

$400-$499=$33

For all other countries: The cost of shipping will vary depending on the weight of the parcel and the country the items are shipped to. So that we may provide you with an estimate of shipping fees, please place all international orders by calling 207-691-7581.
Delivery times will vary. In general, please allow up to 2 weeks for UPS Worldwide Express.
Credit card charges will be processed when the order is sehipped by the Amazon Herb Company. The email confirmation that is received when the order is placed is not a receipt of the credit card charge.

Yes, Amazon Herb Company supports the long-term outlook for the Rainforest in a number of ways:
